1. Press "Find Root Causes" to generate results. It will take about 30 seconds to load.

2. Once loaded, you'll see three sections:

• Potential root causes and contributing factors

• Explanations of these root causes and contributing factors

• Information on where to get lab tests if you don't have a prescription or need to self-pay.
